10/02/2009: "Almost Forgot..."

So I was watching Ghost Hunters Wednesday night and perked up when I heard them say they were going to the Thousand Islands Region. That's the neck of the woods I just came from! So, I just HAD to find out what town there were going to, and if I had been there.

Sure enough, during this episode they were in Alexandria Bay (aka Abay or A-bay or other such), which is about a half hour north of where I was at, and a town that I have been through. Looked like it was filmed during the summer.. so that would have been while I was still there, kindof surprised I didn't hear anything about it, especially since I worked w/ a couple of people who lived in that town. You'd think that a film crew, complete with Meatloaf, in a summer tourist town would have had people talking. *shrug*

And, for those of you wondering, the Thousand Islands region is where Thousand Island dressing origiated.

I saw that episode. I wondered if this town was anywhere near where you had been. And Meatloaf was so interesting to watch. He was really getting into the investigation. And how about that water bottle?
